Please Note:  The pricing on this page (see below) was my published pricing for my services inside the Keepfit Studio in February. I am leaving it here to illustrate to you the tremendous discount of the special pricing offered on the homepage.  When gyms open up again, I will continue to offer pricing below anything offered in "Big Box" gyms.

For small group classes, with a maximum of 4 people in the class, you still get plenty of Bruce's help and instruction to your personal needs.  It is far superior to a large group experience whereby the instructor is in the front of the room, and everyone is trying to follow along with the instructor's pace and abilities.

 

In my small classes, you may be doing the same exercise for let's say two minutes, that the other 3 people are doing too, but that exercise will be at your own pace, and will be prescribed and modified for your abilities.  For example: the push-up exercise can be done (1.) standing against a wall, (2.) on the floor in a plank position but knees touching the floor (3.) same on floor but legs straight

(4.) legs straight but feet elevated on a small platform. Get the idea?  Four "progressions" of one exercise.  I will be observing, cuing, instructing, spotting, correcting and motivating; not exercising along with you!

My small-group classes may have different titles, themes, or fitness "tools" such as Kettlebells, TRX Suspension straps, Bodyweight Only etc, but the pricing for all possible classes is the same.

 

The cost per person is $15 for a one hour session.

​Plan A: For 2 sessions per week, the monthly cost would be $120

Plan B: For 3 sessions per week, the monthly cost would be $ 180.

Note: There are no additional fees to you: no membership fees to Keepfit. The classes are held at specified times by appointment.  This applies both group & individual training scheduling.

For one-to-one training with Bruce, the cost per person is $ 55 for a one hour session.

Plan C: For 1 session per week, the monthly cost would be $ 220.

Plan D: For 2 sessions per week, the monthly cost would be $ 440.

Plan E: For 3 sessions per week, the monthly cost would be $ 660.

For semi-private training with Bruce, the cost per person is $35 for a one hour session.

So if you want to train with your spouse, a relative or friend, you still get complete individualized instruction, and you can save some money.

Plan F: For 1 session per week, the monthly cost per person would be $ 140.

Plan G: For 2 sessions per week, the monthly cost per person would be $ 280.

Plan H: For 3 sessions per week, the monthly cost per person would be $ 420.
